Nancy Amick, Phd

Before co-founding Insights2, Nancy Amick was a Senior Vice President and Senior Director at Abbot Downing, Wells Fargo’s multi-family office for ultra-high-net-worth clients. In this national role she advised clients, and their key advisors, on how to navigate wealth conversations, plan for family business transitions, foster wealth stewardship, develop family governance, and engage in family philanthropy. Nancy subsequently helped plan and launch Family Wealth and Culture Services, an industry award-winning advisory platform within Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management.

Chelsea Sellin, MA

Chelsea Sellin is a family historian who specializes in the in-depth curation, preservation, and analysis of a family’s historical legacy. At Insights2, she combines genealogical research and archival investigation with historical analysis and storytelling to create a narrative of a family’s roots. In addition, she provides guidance on the preservation of family photos, documents, and heirlooms as well as specialized resources for the creation of custom publications, documentaries, or multimedia presentations to commemorate and share the family's story with future generations.

Arne Boudewyn, PHD

Before co-founding Insights2, Arne Boudewyn developed and led the Institute for Family Culture at Abbot Downing, Wells Fargo’s multi-family office for ultra-high-net-worth clients. He was subsequently tapped to create, launch, and lead Family Wealth and Culture Services in Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management. There he managed a national team of professionals who worked with clients and their advisors on strategies and practices for managing wealth’s impact in three main areas: family wealth consulting, family and business history, and strategic philanthropy.

Dr. Joshua Schultz is a Philadelphia-based psychologist and consultant specializing in the intersection of psychology, leadership, and family enterprise. His approach - grounded in wealth psychology and family systems - guides individuals, couples and multi-generational families, as well as mission-driven organizations, through the intricate dynamics of wealth, relationships, leadership, and identity. In addition to supporting families through transitions, cultivating leadership, or stewarding legacy, a key focus of his work at Insights2 is preparing next-generation leaders to step into their roles with clarity, purpose, and authenticity.
