Our Signature Offering
Once we mutually agree to work together, our comprehensive Insights2-360 process serves as the bedrock of our consulting relationship with you. The process entails individual, confidential conversations with you and your key stakeholders.
We ask a series of thought-provoking, customized questions to help you identify your values, strengths, opportunities, goals, and priorities. Key stakeholders are chosen by you to participate in the Insights2-360 process and often include family members, advisors, and trustees. For institutional clients, process stakeholders typically include leadership, advisors, and other staff members.
During the Insights2-360 process, we listen carefully and reflect back what we hear. After identifying key interview themes from these conversations, we share the overall themes with you, and in a follow-up meeting with other interview participants.
The experience can serve to inspire group engagement and honest discussions regarding priorities and the next steps. We also share our observations about actions you may consider to achieve a genuine shift from your current state to your desired future state. From there, we work with you to formulate a specific plan of action.
